The Nokia 603 is a stylish Symbian based touchscreen phone that will keep you entertained throughout the day. The Nokia handset is driven by Symbian Belle OS and a 1 GHz ARM11 processor which enhances the performance of the handset. The 3.5-inch ClearBlack display installed in the handset gives you a clear view and facilitates sunlight readability for the user. The phone also supports 512 MB RAM and 1 GB ROM.

The touch phone sports a 5 megapixel camera that gives you an entertaining photography experience and lets you capture treasured moments with your friends. Design


The capacitive touch screen phone comes with a plastic body and sloping corners which provide a comfortable grip for the user. The call and menu option keys are found beneath the display of the handset. You can locate the charging port, power button and the 3.5 mm audio jack at the top of the Nokia 603.

The shortcut camera key and the volume rockers are found on the right side of the handset. This Symbian phone allows you to flip through six customizable home screens and add contents to it. You can also drag the widgets from one screen to the other. The phone lets you switch applications on and off the notification panel. The Nokia 603 also supports an accelerometer, proximity sensor, digital compass and ambient light sensor in the handset.


Battery and Storage


The Symbian phone is powered by Li-Ion 1300 mAh battery which gives you a talk time up to 8 hours on 2G and 6 hours on 3G. When fully charged, the Nokia handset provides a standby time up to 540 hours each on 2G and 3G. The phone also provides a music playback up to 68 hours for the users. The touchscreen handset has an embedded memory of 340 MB which is expandable up to 32 GB using microSD or microSDHC cards.

Connectivity and Features


The Symbian touch phone can access the Internet through GPRS, EDGE, 3G and Wi-Fi platforms. The preinstalled browser lets you check your personal and professional emails on the phone. Bluetooth and USB port options let you share your files with other devices. You can also store your favourite music tracks and play them on the preloaded music player. If you are tired of listening to the songs in your music library, you can also tune into your favourite FM channel.

The Nokia 603 allows you to stay connected with your friends 24x7 through social networking sites. The handset also supports an instant messaging facility that lets you keep in touch with friends at all times. The preinstalled Document Viewer in the Nokia handset allows you to execute office-related work on the move. The Push email Facility lets you to check your emails at the push of a button.
